📋 Custom Order Terms & Approval

1. Custom Artwork & Approval

By submitting artwork, you confirm you are the rightful owner or have obtained proper licensing. Agave Straw Co. is not responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement from customer-provided artwork. A digital proof will be provided before production. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

2. Production & Lead Times

Custom orders typically require 3-4 weeks after proof approval. Lead times may vary. We will communicate delays promptly.

3. Order Minimums & Pricing

Minimum order is 1,000 units (1 case). Pricing based on selected size, print config, and quantity.

4. Returns & Refunds

All custom sales are final. Custom cups cannot be returned or refunded once production begins. Manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost.

5. Color Accuracy

Slight color variations may occur between digital proof and final product. Pantone matching available upon request.

6. Storage & Handling

PET cups should be stored in a cool, dry place. We are not responsible for degradation from improper storage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.
